Harm’s Way will be touring in support of their new album, Posthuman. Having grown with each subsequent release, Posthuman is a devastating addition to the band’s catalog. “We’ve always stayed true to who we are and allowed the songwriting process to take shape organically from record to record, and as the band has progressed, our sound has become more refined with metal and industrial influences,” states drummer Chris Mills, while guitarist Bo Lueders succinctly sums up what people can expect when they first spin the record: “To a Harm’s Way fan, I would describe ‘Posthuman‘ as a blend of ‘Isolation‘(2011) and ‘Rust‘ (2015), but it’s sonically way more insane. To anyone else, I would simply say it’s full on heavy and full on aggression.”

Gwar Slammed By Born Of Osiris Guitarist Over Apparent Linkin Park Suicide Joke

Gwar has essentially made a career off of being politically incorrect, but some may feel the band has gone too far during the band’s appearance at the”‘Vans Warped Tour” gig in Noblesville, IN yesterday, July 20th. Some fans have posted that Gwar has addressed Linkin Park vocalist’s apparent suicide, commenting: “Suicide is no joke, but Linkin Park sure is.”

Alright well GWAR is no longer cool, fuck that pic.twitter.com/UcdxlWNEFv

— amanda (@AmandaFiske) July 21, 2017

Gwar’s comment obviously lead Born Of Osiris guitarist Lee McKinney, to slam the band via social Twitter for it:

I don’t care if your band is a fucking gimmick… have some class GWAR. We don’t need your sarcasm. This community needs strength right now.

— Lee Patrick Mckinney (@LeeOsiris) July 21, 2017

GWAR kicked me off a tour for hurting my foot. I would have came back and sat in a chair to continue. They said no and took our guarantees. https://t.co/QNq7DkqtD7

— Lee Patrick Mckinney (@LeeOsiris) July 21, 2017

The tour McKinney is referring to was back in 2015 when he broke his foot. Quite a few people seem to have verified that Gwar made the comments, with others calling for the band to be ejected from the “Vans Warped Tour” due to the edgy nature of the joke.
