Kamelot Premiere New Video For “Under Grey Skies” Feat. Delain’s Charlotte Wessels

As the perfect Christmas gift, Kamelot have now unveiled a brand new video for the track ‘Under Grey Skies’, featuring Delain’s Charlotte Wessels.

Kamelot vocalist Tommy Karevik states:

“One of my favourite songs from Haven. About the importance of never giving up on yourself or the people around and that you can always make a difference in someone else’s life. Sometimes by just believing in them or simply listening to what they have to say. It was very nice singing with Charlotte and her voice fits the song perfectly.”

“I absolutely adore songs like Under Grey Skies that inspire hope and optimism in the darkest of times. I was proud to be part of the track and even more thrilled that there’s a video for the song to share now as well. Add to that the fact that Kamelot and Delain will share the stage again in the US this spring and I’d say there’s plenty of things to get excited about!” adds Charlotte Wessels (Delain). Also appearing on this track is Troy Donockley from Nightwish.

“We wanted to release this video as a last “Haven” Christmas gift to the fans. This album has reached so many new heights for us, thanks to the fans and some long and intense touring. The next album is almost ready to be unleashed in 2018, get ready for a monster!!” says Thomas Youngblood Kamelot Guitarist. He continues: “We approach the end of the 2017 and the ending of the epic Haven Tour. What an amazing time we have had with Haven, taking the band to new countries, cities and highest chart placements in the band’s history. Debuting at #1 on Billboard’s Hard Rock Charts was a stunning reminder that we have the best fans in the world!!”

Heidevolk Unveil First Track & Music Video From Upcoming Album “Vuur van Verzet”

After having released details of their forthcoming Heidevolk album including the title, artwork, track listing and release date, it’s time to get a first listen to the new record.

The first track of the record as well as first single to be released is “Ontwaakt”(awaken), the band gives a deeper insight of the track and story behind:

Awaken, the Roman Empire is falling! The internal battle for power tears the Empire apart. Legions turn against each other, emperors bleed and Rome burns. It is time for the tribes of the Northern lands to unite and rise against the tyrant. To take back what is theirs and drive the invaders back to Rome. Every battle that is fought by my people resounds in Rome. With sword and shield the Empire will be banished and the voice of my people will be heard.

Furthermore songwriter Rowan Roodbaert comments:

“Ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, we proudly present the first single of our new album. This is “Ontwaakt” (“Awaken”), the opening track of “Vuur Van Verzet”. An in-your-face metal song that tells the ageless story of revolt and resistance set against the backdrop of the historic collapse of the Roman empire. Heavy guitars, thundering drums and Heidevolks’ trademark dual vocal harmonies will catapult you back in time. Imagine a battlefield where Romans are being pushed back by Germanic warriors. Well, this is the soundtrack. Now awaken, the Pagan Metal Brotherhood is on the rise!!!”

“Out with the hate and in with the love. There’s a new mantra in town and it’s slamming that shadowed voice into the ground. We will Prevail and we are never backing down!”

Megadeth’s Dave Mustaine Lends His Voice To New Horror Film “Halloween Pussy Trap Kill! Kill!”

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine lends his voice to a new horror film called “Halloween Pussy Trap Kill! Kill!”, which basically appears like a “Saw” spin-off with some slight variations.

The film is set to open on October 27th with the following official outline provided:

“On Halloween an all girl rock-n-roll band called “Kill Pussy Kill” ventures out to play their biggest show to date. However, before hitting the road they manage to unwittingly upset a man. Unfortunately, this man turns out to be an evil genius dead set on revenge.

The evil genius manages to lure the girls into his Hell House, and when they wake up from being gassed, they find themselves trapped inside an unescapable room filled with a vicious variety of devices that can kill them as well as a variety of weapons that can be used on each other.

The rules are simple: advance through all three rooms and you are allowed to go free. The catch is, in order to make it to the next room, someone must die!

With a ticking clock, and the mastermind watching, the question becomes… are you willing to kill to stay alive?”
