Color Of Aum Parting Ways With Vocalist Matt Adkins

Texas outfit Color Of Aum has issued the following announcement about officially splitting with the band’s vocalist:

“It is with the utmost respect that we have decided to part ways with our vocalist, Matt Adkins. He has helped create something that we are all extremely proud of and it’s been an honor working alongside one of the best heavy vocalists we’ve had the pleasure of coming across.

“It is then with difficulty we are announcing our confirmed opening slot for the Iced Earth show at Trees. This will be Matt’s final performance with Color of Aum so we intend to make this the most kickass farewell show for our friend and brother.

“Additionally, we will be playing an instrumental set, consisting of entirely new material for the Tesseract/Intronaut/Cloudkicker show on April 5 @ Club Dada.

“Thank you, everyone, for your awesome support and friendship throughout our musical journey. See you soon.”
