Lacuna Coil Announces 1st Leg Of U.S. “Delirium” Tour

Lacuna Coil will return to North America as part of the “Delirium Worldwide” tour starting in San Francisco on May 7th. This will be the band’s first U.S. run in support of upcoming album “Delirium,” which is set for a May 27th release through Century Media Records.

The first leg of the tour will feature Butcher Babies as direct support with 9Electric and Painted Wives rounding out the package. The second leg will be announced in the coming weeks and will have a different band as direct support, while the rest of the touring package remains intact. Currently announced dates are available below.

Cristina Scabbia (female vocals) states: “Everything feels different this time in the Lacuna Coil camp. It’s something I can hear it and something I can breath. Thira Supporting Mushroomhead On U.S. Tour Dates

Rounding out a year filled with tours supporting such national acts as Wayne Static, Powerman 5000, and Otep, industrial groove metal band Thira is set to hit the road again, this time with Mushroomhead, Erimha, and Unsaid Fate.

Smile Empty Soul Adds New U.S. Tour Dates

California alternative rock trio, Smile Empty Soul, has announced additional tour dates for May/June following the completion of the West Coast “Civil Unrest Tour” with Wayne Static, Otep, and Dope.

After wrapping up the 11-city “Civil Unrest Tour” on May 20th, the band will headline several dates throughout the remainder of the month. The trio will then meet up with Wayne Static for additional supporting dates beginning June 1st. A full list of all confirmed tour dates can be seen below, with more to be announced in the coming weeks.

“We’re excited to be touring with this great group of bands that have been doing this at a high level for so long,” said Smile Empty Soul guitarist/vocalist, Sean Danielsen. “It’s a real quality lineup.”

Ill Nino Releases New Lyric Video For "The Depression"

Ill Nino has released a lyric video for the new single “The Depression,” taken from forthcoming coming album “Epidemia,” due out October 22nd. Watch the lyric video below.

“Twelve years and five studio releases later, Epidemia has all the harsh elements and dark Latin rhythms that make Ill Nino’s Latin metal sound different in this genre of metal,” drummer and founding member Dave Chavarri said of the upcoming release.

Ill Nino is currently touring alongside friends Static X and label-mates Emmure on the Noise Revolution Tour. The tour goes through the end of October destroying cities and igniting audiences across the U.S. Vocalist Cristian Mercado comments, “Ill Nino fans get ready to rumble! We’re back and are going to be tearing the roof off at venue near you!”

Ill Nino Reveals New Album "Epidemia" Cover Artwork

Two years after “Dead New World,” Latin metal force Ill Nino will release new studio album “Epidemia” on October 26th. The recordings took place in Hoboken (New Jersey), Austin (Texas) and Denver (Colorado). The artwork has now been revealed and can be viewed below.
