Lyric Video For New song “Inside/Outside” Posted By Jeff Scott Soto

September 2017 is a special anniversary for Jeff Scott Soto and Frontiers Music Srl as it marks the 13th anniversary of Frontiers releasing Jeff’s album, “Lost In The Translation.” In celebration of this milestone, Jeff Scott Soto has released a video for the song “Inside/Outside” from his upcoming album, “Retribution.” Check it out in the player at the bottom.

Soto describes the song as “[a] great tune that was originally slated as a Talisman song, it remained on Howie Simon’s hard drive until now. With a revised lyric and melody comes this hidden gem, hope you dig it!!’

“Retribution” is set for a November 10th release via Frontiers Music srl, with pre-orders available at this location.

Jeff Scott Soto’s career spans over 30 years. He was first introduced to the public as the vocalist for guitar virtuoso Yngwie Malmsteen’s iconic first two solo albums before going on to front the esteemed hard rock band Talisman. He is also one of the vocalists for the wildly popular Trans-Siberian Orchestra, the lead vocalist for supergroup W.E.T. (featuring JSS alongside members of Eclipse and Work Of Art), creative visionary for the more metal leaning SOTO, and frontman for the new supergroup, Sons Of Apollo (which also features Mike Portnoy, Derek Sherinian, Bumblefoot, and Billy Sheehan) amongst many other musical activities he has been and is involved in. He also held a stint fronting Rock N Roll Hall Of Famers Journey and was one of the vocalists for the officially sanctioned Queen tribute, Queen Extravaganza. His incredible voice has led to many invitations to do guest lead or background vocals on a multitude of albums, including, but not limited to. Stryper, Joel Hoekstra, Saigon Kick, Fergie Frederiksen, Lita Ford, Steelheart, and many more.

In 1994, he released his first solo outing “Love Parade”, followed by the acclaimed “Prism” (2002), “Lost In The Translation” (2005), “Beautiful Mess” (2009), and “Damage Control” (2012). “Retribution” is his sixth proper solo studio album.

Moral Void Announces “Deprive” Album Release

Chicago blackened hardcore punk trio Moral Void will drop blistering debut full-length album entitled “Deprive” on August 11th with Translation Loss Records.

Since 2012, Moral Void has given only a taste of the band’s thunderously caustic sound with three 7″ releases (one being a split with Young And In The Way). For this debut full-length album, “Deprive” delivers ten dismal new songs, each one grittier than the last.

“We wanted to create a group of movements that were cohesive, versatile, and dynamic while maintaining aggression and rawness,” drummer Ryan Emmans explains. “We were focused on writing music that gets to the point right out of the gate and doesn’t waste anyone’s time.”

The album was recorded at Minbal Studios by Moral Void’s own guitarist/vocalist Matt Russell and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. The full track listing is as follows:

1. Harvest
2. Callous
3. Drudge
4. Dust
5. Prey
6. Frail
7. Bereft
8. Deceit
9. Shadow
10. Martyr
