Sky Shadow Obelisk & Djinn and Miskatonic Premiere Pre-Release Full-Album Stream Of Upcoming New EP Split

Providence, Rhode Island-based one-man project Sky Shadow Obelisk and Bangalore, India-based Djinn and Miskatonic have joined forced to release a three song EP via Yuggoth Records. The record will also be available on limited edition green and orange hazed vinyl on March 6th. The digital version of the Sky Shadow Obelisk and Djinn and Miskatonic split is available now and streaming via the Yuggoth Records Bandcamp page below:

Meatspace Posts “Victim Eyes” Video, Announces Debut Show

Remember Neurotica? Former members Shawn Bowen and G.J. Gosman came together to form a new project titled Meatspace, which will perform a first show in St. Petersburg, FL on January 16 with the support of additional members Brian Desiderio and Arnas Gineitas.

Meatspace has also dropped a video for the track “Victim Eyes,” which can be seen below. To hear more from the band, check out a three song demo (including the “Victim Eyes” track) over at Bandcamp here.

Into The Wild Posts New Song “Coloured Visions”

German stoner metal outfit Into the Wild has a new track available online now titled “Coloured Visions,” which can be heard below. “Coloured Visions” comes off the “Restless” album, recorded in DocMa Klang Studio in Osnabrück, Germany. Into The Wild also comments:

Gallow God Posts Tracks From New Album "The Veneration Of Serpents"

British traditional doom band Gallow God will be following up its “False Mystical Prose” three song EP with a new full-length album shortly. The new album, “The Veneration of Serpents,” will be out via Psychedoomelic Records.

Gallow God has posted the eight-song tracklisting to its website, along with three full-length song samples. You can check out the title track, “At Eternity’s Gate” and a cover the band does of the Simon and Garfunkel song “Scarborough Fair” over at this location.

Drakma Releases Official Video For "Pensar Y Rectificar"

Mexico City metalcore band Drakma has finally released the official video for the track “Pensar y Rectificar,” which is streaming below. The track was originally uploaded as a lyric video back in the middle of 2012 and comes from the band’s three song promo EP. Lead guitarist Diego Urban is also a competitive Drift car rider and will be driving at the Drifteria 2013 on January 5th at the Ecatepec Pavillion in Mexico City.

New York classic blackened death metal band Thevetat has unleashed its first offering via Dark Descent/Destro Records. The band formed in 2004, but it wasn’t until 2011 the beast that is Thevetat took its proper shape. Featuring members of Ceremonium, Hemlock and Cerebral Haemorrage, Thevetat has unleashed its brand of occult death metal in the shape of a three song EP titled “Disease to Divide,” which you may stream below or at this location.
