The HAARP Machine Premiere New Video & Song “The Nadir”

The HAARP Machine premiere a new music video for their track “The Nadir“. Originally the band planned to release the video arriving at the 66% mark of their ongoing crowdfunding campaign. With the campaign presently sitting at 6% of its £32,999 goal, it seems those plans have changed.

The new effort will find The HAARP Machine returning with a new lineup featuring:

Mainman Al Mu’min on guitars with vocalist Andrew Ivaschenko and bassist Steve Woodcock (Linear Sphere, ex-Xerath) also on deck. Drummer Travis Orbin (Darkest Hour, ex-Periphery) has been tapped as session drummer for the record.

Strychnia Issues New Album Update, Launches Crowd Funding Campaign

Strychnia just launched a Kickstarter campaign for new album “Into The Catacombs” (check out the perks for joining the campaign over here) and also revealed the cover artwork below. The band comments:

“For the past year we have been working on completing a new full-length album. Unfortunately the band has dwindled down to 2 members – which does not affect our recording process, but it makes things very hard financially. My partner in the band is a multi-instrumentalist and plays guitar, bass, and drums. So all we need to finish this album is really some extra help with the finances.

“You guys are the best fans we could ever ask for and the amount of support has been immense! You all know our Vocalist – Kevin, was struggling with some personal issues… and because of you guys he is now motivated to come back stronger than ever. We know you will always be by our side, and we will always be by yours!”

Moonsorrow Documentary crowd-funding happening now.

“Home of the Wind, a History of Moonsorrow” is the title of an upcoming documentary about the 20-years long career of Finnish Pagan Metal heroes, Moonsorrow.

The doc is a true labor of love, produced by independent filmmakers Leo Aragón as director and Abel Grilo do Demo (author of The Unofficial Moonsorrow Biography) as scriptwriter.

The duo have the complete support of the band. They are currently doing a crowd-funding campaign to raise the rest of the funds they need to complete the project. So far, they have raised most of the 50% of the campaign’s goal, but still need a little push to reach their goal before the campaign ends on 11 June 2016.

“It’s been more than a year working day by day and I can’t believe how close we are to make this real,” says Aragón. “We would like to count on you [the fans] for everything you can give us a hand with,” Grilo adds. Together, they are determined to make the best film possible about Moonsorrow’s musical legacy. They’re also planning to take the final product around the world to festivals, especial screenings and more.

The fund-raising campaign offers all kind of perks, from digital copies of the documentary to rare band-signed items. Those interested can check “Home Of The Wind” official Indiegogo campaign and the official Facebook .
