Moscow Releases “Queen Of Sin” Music Video

Call her Tsaritsa (queen) like the Russian rockers all do, or call her Moscow – her nom de guerre in the international music scene – but you are going to call (attention to) this talented young lady who embodies the rebellious spirit of rock.

Moscow – one of Revolver’s Hottest Chicks in Hard Rock – has released an official music video for the title track of her debut EP, “Queen of Sin.” Check it out below.

The tracks on “Queen of Sin” were created with support from Producers Shawn McGhee (Hideout Studios – Hellyeah, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach), Brian Steele-Medina (Gemini Syndrome), Hatebreed, Escape The Fate), and upcoming Boston Producers OH NO! ØKTAPUS.

Moscow comments: “I had a lot of fun writing and recording ‘Queen Of Sin’ – our first EP that comes out June 2nd. It has a nice diversity of rock subgenres – you can find some post-hardcore, nu-metal, alternative tunes in it. ‘QoS’ is a sort of defial for those who say rock and sex can’t go together.”Make Rock Sexy Again. We wanted to get a mix of hard rock tunes and guitar riffs with sensual feminine vocals and dominatrix attitude.”

2. Nowhere to Hide
3. Black Widow
4. Watch Me Burn

Bat Releases “Beware Of The Bat” Music Video

Speed metal cult Bat has premiered a new video online for the thematically appropriate “Beware of the Bat,” which can be seen below. Originally appearing on the “Wings of Chains” album released through Hells Headbangers, “Beware of the Bat” is the group’s very first video – and is an authentically creepy slice of classic horror.

Says vocalist/bassist Ryan Waste, “We’ve always been fans of classic horror films, so this is Bat’s first stab at making a creature feature of our own. It wouldn’t be possible without the talented Margaret Rolicki, who fabricated the Bat costume and brought our moniker to life.

“She did an incredible job and continues to thrive in the Richmond art community, working with GWAR amongst her other artistic endeavors. We called upon another fellow Richmondite who lives and bleeds horror, our one-man army Mr. Jim Stramel, to film this on the fly. All we had to mention was ‘monster in abandoned graveyard’ and he was in.

“Jim does a horror series called Reviled that you can check out here. We co-directed the video, and had a blast putting the whole production together. This is only the introduction to the Bat, so you better beware. We are currently working on a new four-song EP due out on Hells Headbangers later this year. Expect plenty more filth and fury from the BAT to come.”

Red Skies Posts “New Voice” Music Video

From humble beginnings in 2012, Montreal, QC’s Red Skies has come together to create a musical style of its own. After unleashing 2015 album “Iron Sun,” the band is kicking off 2016 with the premiere of a music video for “New Voice.” Vocalist Cody Dodds comments:

“The title for our song New Voice has several meanings. Not only is it our first non-animated visual representation of the music featured on our latest record, Iron Sun, it is also a metaphor for our band’s attempt to be heard in the seemingly saturated music industry of today. The video itself reflects upon a duality in the mind of an individual struggling with his desire to live in an unjust society.

“It can be interpreted in many ways, but this was the idea we were working with. The viewer will see two completely different situations playing out the main theme with an accompanying narrative. After a thorough, yet enjoyable process with our producer, Antoine Lussier (guitarist of Ion Dissonance) and the talented crew at Revox Media, we are pleased to be launching the music video for ‘New Voice’ via SkullsNBones.com.”
