Static Tension To Issue New EP “Beyond Eternity’s Grasp” From Time Walk

Static Tension Recordings has been putting out one killer release after the other, so picking up the recently independently released EP “Beyond Eternity’s Grasp” from Springfield, Missouri’s Time Walk is no exception. The EP will see vinyl release through the label on May 12th.

Time Walk was formed in 2015 and offers the kind of power-packed death metal that we all remember in the ’90s. The attitude is fresh and it’s impossible to sit still while listening to the new EP. The track listing for the release is:

Insepulto Streaming Entire Recent Album

Costa Rican old school death metal band Insepulto unleashed its debut “Morbid Spawn of Resurrection” via Psycho Records late last year and is finally streaming the entire release. Check out that stream of all ten tracks below. The San Jose trio has been around for an unbelievable 19 years and finally got around to putting out its debut.

Valdur To Record New Album In November

Alpine black/death occultists Valdur recently completed composing their upcoming, as-yet untitled new full-length. Official recording sessions will commence on November 12th at Earhammer Studios. Additionally, Valdur recently unleashed a limited two-song EP entitled “The Hammer Pit” containing a rough version of two new songs. Taste the blood of track one, “Conjuring The Fire Plagues,” at the group’s official bandcamp page.

When asked to talk about the upcoming new material, the band said in a collective statement: “We wish not to elaborate too much and allow the music that we will be putting out in the near future to do the talking.”

Obsidian Sea Streaming All Of "Between Two Deserts"

Bulgarian doom metal band Obsidian Sea, who had been streaming two tracks from its album “Between Two Deserts” on Bandcamp in advance of its release, is now streaming the full album over on YouTube. “Between Two Deserts” was issued on the Russian label Solitude Productions and features nine tracks. Obsidian Sea hails from the capital city of Sofia and formed in 2009, putting out a four song promo shortly thereafter. They entered Sub Zero studios in 2011, recorded five new tracks, and put them with the promo tracks to make this album.

Nominal Abuse Streaming "Behind The Vanishing Values"

Serbian brutal metal band Nominal Abuse is streaming its entire fifteen-song album “Behind the Vanishing Values” over on Bandcamp. We have already streamed Nominal Abuse’s official video for “Embarrassment and Pressure,” and now you can listen to the whole album below. Nominal Abuse started out in 1999 as No Abuse, putting out its first release with “Jebeni Napredak” (“Fucking Progress”). The band later played the Exit Fest ’08 and toured with Cripple Bastards, later playing the Obscene Extreme Fest in the Czech Republic in 2011.
