Horseneck Parties Way Too Hard With “Michael Caine” Video

California post hardcore/sludge group Horseneck will self-release the “Heavy Trip” full-length album next month. This ten-track bruiser was captured by Lance Jackman at The Dock, mixed by Scott Evans at Antisleep Studios, and mastered by Carl Saff at Saff Mastering.

“Heavy Trip” will see release on February 17th, 2017 on CD, cassette, and digital formats. As a precursor to its release, today the band’s hilarious visual accompaniment to “Michael Caine” comes online. The band comments:

“This track is about the feeling you get after a hard party night. Like next level hard party night. When it doesn’t stop, and maybe you’ve made some horrible decisions, but you keep going and going and going. You kind of forget who you are at times. You wake up the next day and say I will never do that again…. but we all know you’re lying. We all do it again. The video was just a fun way to show the party animal in all of us.”

3. P.A.G4. Smokin’ Stacks
5. Hangman
6. Bobby Brown

Ghosts Again Releases “Les Enfants Terribles” Music Video

North Carolina post hardcore outfit Ghosts Again has released a new single and music video for “Les Enfants Terribles,” taken off a forthcoming EP set to release late this spring.

Vocalist Alex Cortright commented on the new track:”‘Les Enfants Terribles’ is a song about losing your home and just trying to get away from the toxic things of your past. Something I think a lot of people can relate to. This track was also one of the first songs we sat down together to write for the upcoming record and it was there, that I think we really found our sound, and where we wanted to take the rest of the EP.”

New Album “The Chant Of Husks” Detailed By Underwell

Italian post hardcore act Underwell have unveiled their details on the upcoming new album “The Chant Of Husks.” The album is targeted for an autumn 2014 release via Wormholedeath and will be available as a special edition digipack and digital download.

The band commented: “The new album is the logical evolution of Plan your Rebirth. As we grew up , our sound and the subjects we treat with our music, followed the same process. The concept of the rebirth was recovered and analyzed through a more personal point of view. The sound is a mix of flashbacks from the 70s, really sick dissonances and greater care in the arrangements.”

The track list for the album is:

1. Easy Escape (see music video)
2. Deformation of the Social Scale
3. Long Lost Photograph
4. Dark Soul
5. Path Of Fire
6. Charging Darkness
7. The Arsonist
