Classhole Kicking Off “Divide & Conquer” Tour Dates

New Orleans’ favorite hardcore punk misfits from Classhole are prepared to kick off their long-awaited Divide & Conquer tour. Set to commence tonight, June 23rd and run through June 30th, the nine-date run will condemn stages in Mobile, Spartanburg, Washington DC, Baltimore, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Memphis.

Classhole – featuring within its ranks a colorful cast of volume abusers from the likes of Eyehategod, Hawg Jaw, Outlaw Order, The Mystick Krewe Of Clearlight, Mountain Of Wizard, Mangina, Tirefire, haarp, and more – released a self-titled debut via The Compound Recs in conjunction with band’s own Terror Cult imprint in January.

Classhole Streaming New Track “Shut You Down”

Classhole Streaming Three New Tracks From Self-Titled Album

The Compound Recs, in conjunction with Terror Cult Records, is very pleased to unveil the debut release from New Orleans-based hardcore punk collective Classhole.

Featuring a varied cast of miscreants hailing from such acts as Eyehategod, Hawg Jaw, Outlaw Order, The Mystick Krewe Of Clearlight, Mountain Of Wizard, Mangina, Tirefire, haarp and more, Classhole will unleash this self-titled full-length next month, just in time to ruin the New Year.

Ritual Killer Signs With Season Of Mist, Announces New Album

Season of Mist is proud to announce the signing of Ritual Killer, and the label comments:

“The New Orleans based American black metal beasts will release their forthcoming album ‘Exterminance’ in 2015. Founded in 1999, Ritual Killer built a reputation as one of the most extreme U.S. black metal acts. The band features current and former members of Goatwhore, Acid Bath and more in their ranks. Ritual Killer gained a massive live reputation performing at select shows with among others Watain, Outlaw Order, EyeHateGod, and Buried Inside.”

Regarding the signing, Ritual Killer vocalist Jordan Barlow comments: “We are proud of our forthcoming album ‘Exterminance’, and are excited to be involved with Season of Mist now and in the future. It has been a long time coming – finally the outlet for our darker sides is ready to see the light of day.”

Eyehategod Drummer Joey Lacaze Reportedly Passes Away

Joey Lacaze, the drummer for Eyehategod, Outlaw Order, Ten Suicides, and Italian Cemetery Suicide Accidents, has passed away.

Eyehategod had just returned days ago from a successful month-long tour in Europe. There will be more details to come as information is released by the band and Joey’s family. You can leave your condolences for the band at the EyeHateGod Facebook profile.
