Nightmare Issues More Studio Footage Of Vocal Recordings

French metal act Nightmare posted additional studio footage, featuring vocal recordings for the band’s upcoming new album, which will be released via AFM Records.

Nightmare is currently in Noise Factory Studio recording the follow up to the 2014 release “The Aftermath.” The band recently saw lineup changes with the departure of longtime vocalist Joe Amore (Now Or Never) and brother David Amore, who were replaced by Olivier Casula and new vocalist Magali Luyten (Beyond the Bridge/Frameshift).

Nightmare Enters The Recording Studio

AFM Records just checked in with this announcement about French band Nightmare recording a new full-length release:

“After several months of hard work song writing and rehearsing at At Rock in Grenoble (France) with our friend Pierre Caci behind the desk, the band entered the studio to start the recordings of the new album.

“The album is produced and arranged by Patrick Liotard and Joost Van Den Broek (Epica) and recorded at Noise Factory Studio in Belgium with Gerald Jans (Epysode, Channel Zero). Mixing will be done in May at Sandlane studio in The Netherlands by Joost Van Den Broek. Stay tuned for more news & updates from the studio.”

Epysode Posts New Studio Footage Featuring Arrangement And Orchestration Of New LP

Belgium based Epysode, featuring guitarist Samuel Arkan, posted additional more in studio footage from Noise Factory Studios of the recordings of the upcoming Epysode II release. This clip features the arrangements and orchestration.

rkan began announcing the myriad of guests to appear on Epysode II, starting with Evergrey vocalist Tom Englund and DGM/Empyrios guitarist Simone Mularoni. Additional announcements are imminent.

DGM/Empyrios Guitarist Simone Mularoni To Guest On New Epysode LP

Belgium based Epysode, featuring guitarist and band mastermind Samuel Arkan, announced that Simone Mularoni (DGM/Empyrios) will perform on the band’s upcoming Epysode II release. The band is currently in Noise Factory Studios with sound engineer Gerald Jans recording the album for a 2013 release.

Arkan had the following comments on Mularoni: “It is a real pleasure to welcome him aboard in EPYSODE II, welcome to Simone Mularoni, guitarist & mastermind of Italian prog masters DGM & cyberthrash band Empyrios ! I have discovered that player during the famous PPM FEST in Belgium with his band DGM that is one of Europe’s leading Progressive Metal acts. And I can say nothing else than he simply blew my mind with his technical and refined musical skills!”

It was previously announced that the first named vocal guest for the album will be Evergrey’s Tom Englund.
