Swedish metal act Nocturnal Rites has come back from the dead, signed on with AFM Records and announced the new album “Phoenix,” which will be out on September 29th.

We are happy to come up with good news now: Nocturnal Rites is indeed back! The band has just put finishing touches on “Phoenix.” The band commented: “We can’t wait to share this new album with everyone. It’s been long overdue. Needless to say, it feels great to finally be back.”

Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

New Album, New Single – “Bleak Ocean” Revealed By Fallen Mankind

Sweden’s Fallen Mankind announced that the new melodic metal album “Bleak Ocean” is coming worldwide on June 16th via Dr. Music Records. A lyric video for the title track can be heard in the player below. The album was originally issued independently in September 2016.

The album consists of ten tracks which contain everything a fan of timeless melodic metal sounds needs: Powerful riffs, energetic drums and Mats Hedfors (ex-Red Baron) as an outstanding singer. With this mixed and mastered album by Daniel Gese in the Realtime Record Studios (Bloodlust, Casanovas, Satana) metalheads that like bands such as Bloodbound, Armored Dawn and Nocturnal Rites will find their new favorite in the CD rack. The album deals with the current desolate state of the world, where corruption, egoism and misguided fanaticism prevail.

The track listing for the album is:

1. Bleak Ocean
2. Pheonix Rise
3. Murder She Screamed
4. Freedom Calls
5. By My Side
6. Shine
7. Obliteration
8. Bury Me Alive
9. Liars And Snakes
10. Unknown
