Nine Inch Nails Releasing New EP “Not The Actual Events”

A handful of days ago Rolling Stone asked Trent Reznor about his vow to release new Nine Inch Nails material in 2016, with Reznor playing coy and teasing that something might still be coming.

Turns out he wasn’t just yanking your chains, as a Nine Inch Nails EP will drop on December 23rd!

Pre-orders for “Not The Actual Events” can be made right here. The EP finds Reznor and now official bandmate Atticus Ross taking an unexpected left turn from 2013’s “Hesitation Marks” and sounding unrecognizable from the duo’s current film work.

“It’s an unfriendly, fairly impenetrable record that we needed to make” says Reznor. “It’s an EP because that ended up being the proper length to tell that story.”
