Bleeding Gods Recruits New Bassist Yessica Netto

Dutch blackened death metal band Bleeding Gods has announced that they have recruited Yessica Netto as their new bass player. A statement from the band reads as follows:

“We are proud to announce that we have found our new Metal Queen. As of today Yessica is going to handle all the brutal and heavy bass parts.

Yessica states:
“I have known Bleeding Gods for quite some time now, and they are a fascinating mixture
of different people and unbelievably excellent musicians. I feel honored to be asked
to join Bleeding Gods, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I look forward to being involved in the future of the band and to meeting you all on the road!”

“We have already started rehearsals for the first live shows with Yessica and we are highly motivated. At the moment, we are writing the successor of ‘Dodekathlon’, so stay tuned for further info.”

Outer Heaven Inks Deal With Relapse Records

Outer Heaven have signed with Relapse Records and will soon enter the studio to begin recording their new album. The tracking sessions will take place at Developing Nations Recording Studio in Baltimore, MD with Kevin Bernsten (Full Of Hell, Integrity) behind the boards with a late 2018 release scheduled.

Says the band of their new label home:

“We could not be more excited about becoming part of the beast that is Relapse Records. To be amongst so many bands that inspired us, as well as so many friends, is something truly killer. Our forthcoming LP promises to be the most devastating material we have conjured to date. We have sunken days, months, years, and LAVA into these songs and we think it will undoubtedly show.”

Rhode Island thrashers hell bent are streaming their new song “Desert Death Lord” below. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming EP which is being re-released on January 12th 2018.

Riksha Signs With Zombie Shark Records

Salt Lake City’s Riksha has inked a worldwide deal with Zombie Shark Records, the new label from Noah “Shark” Robertson (Motograter, Ex-The Browning).

This deal will see the release of forthcoming album “Five Stages Of Numb” in June. The album was recorded at Elevate Studios by notable producer and drummer for Chelsea Grin, Pablo Viveros, with album art done by Die Elster.

Riksha’s sound is affectionately known as “throg” – a mixture of thrash and progressive. Frontman Palmer states, “We couldn’t be more excited to be working with Zombie Shark Records and the great bands they represent.”

Zombie Shark Records label manager Michael Boodagh also states, “Riksha is a growing artist that is continually perfecting their craft. I am pleased to welcome them to the ZSR team! I can’t wait to see what comes next!”

Hierophant Reveals “Mass Grave” Album Details

Italian deathpunk band Hierophant has revealed new details, artwork, and the first new track from forthcoming album “Mass Grave,” This will be the group’s first album with Season of Mist, and will be released worldwide on November 4th.

Check out the title track below. Regarding the new song, Hierophant commented: “This song expresses the path we took in the best way. It represents a new chapter for the band. The world is falling apart day by day and we’re all part of this enormous and disgusting mass grave.”

New album “Mass Grave” was recorded at The Pit Recording Studio with Taylor Young of Nails. “Mass Grave” features artwork from Paolo Girardi.

Regarding the new album, Young adds: “I was lucky enough to mix Hierophant’s previous album, ‘Peste,’ and I couldn’t be more excited to be able to take it to the next level and help them create a monstrous album. This will be one of the heaviest and most aggressive productions I have created thus far.”

New Track “Wolfthorn” Streaming From Abysseral Thorne

Moncton’s Abysseral Throne is streaming the brand new track “Wolfthorn,” which can be heard in the player below. The song is appears on the upcoming new EP “Storming The Black Gate,” which is set for release on April 29th.

“Storming The Black Gate” was recorded at Pumpk’n Patch Studios in Memramcook, New Brunswick by acclaimed east coast engineer and mixer, Danny Bourgeois and was mastered by Mike Bourgeois.

On the EP, the band commented: “This release represents the necessary evolution of the band.
