The statement reads:

“Hello friends, we’re sorry to inform you that we’ll not be able to make it for the last four shows of this tour: Copenhagen, Hamburg, Brasov and Mannheim.

“Last night some miserable pieces of shit broke into our van and stole our full live rig, production tools and stage props, drums gear, our signature custom-made guitars and bass (by Rufini Guitars), merchandise and various spare parts. Please let us know if you spot one of those turds trying to resell our stuff online.

“If you want to help, you can give us a hand by buying some merchandise from our store (shop.fleshgodapocalypse.com).

“This is a tough day for us, but we’re stubborn like a bull and we’ll keep working harder than before, which is the only way we know to overcome adversities. Old-school we are, old-school we’ll die.

“Please spread the word and thanks so much for your support!”

Toxic Holocaust Issues New Album Update

The follow-up to “Chemistry of Consciousness” is nearly complete, with Toxic Holocaust posting this message online updating the fanbase on progress:

“New Toxic album is about 90% finished, still need to finish up some arrangements and some lyrics but it’s getting close. Once everything is dialed in I hope to start recording in February. It’s shaping up to be a little more fist pumping and rock n roll than previous stuff but still kinda has that D-beat shit going on from the last record. No wimp out, still gonna be raw and gross.

“Also, this will sort of be a return to the origins of the band in a way as it will be a solo effort like back in the old days. I get a lot of questions and requests about doing a solo record again (ala Evil Never Dies and Hell on Earth…hence the Yellowgoat record) so I thought it would be a cool change and something different that what most bands do. This doesn’t effect the lineup, they will still be playing live with the band.”

Ozzy Issues Statemetn About Sex Addiction

Following in the footsteps of David Duchovny, Colin Farrell, Kanye West, and many before him, Ozzy is now claiming sex addiction as the root of his recent problems. Osbourne posted this message online via Facbook:

“Over the last 6 years, I have been dealing with a sex addiction. I’m sorry if Ms. Pugh took our sexual relationship out of context. I’d also like to apologize to the other women I have been having sexual relationships with.

“Out of bad comes good. Since the press exposed this I have gone into intense therapy. I am mortified at what my behavior has done to my family. I thank God that my incredible wife is at my side to support me.”

This coming clean stems from reports back in May of Sharon and Ozzy splitting over a tryst with the referenced Ms. Pugh, which subsequently led to some odd behavior and even rumors of Ozzy going missing.

On the music front (and that’s why you’re here, isn’t it?) Ozzy also recently announced that Ozzfest would be combining with Slipknot’s Knotfest. Details on the combined festival taking place in late September can be found here.

Serpents Lair Signs With Hellthrasher Productions

Hellthrasher Productions posted this message online about inking a deal with Serpents Lair for an album release early next year:

“We are proud to announce our new signing and first release for 2016 – Serpents Lair’s debut full-length ‘Circumambulating the Stillborn.’ Formed in Denmark, Serpents Lair is one of the most talented and devastating black metal acts to come out of Scandinavia in a good while, crafting a very distinctive brand of dissonant, kaleidoscopic black metal, both complex and abrasive in its execution.

“After 2014 demo MMXIV took the underground by storm last year, the band returns with a full-fledged offering, made up of seven tracks sharing the aesthetic of Deathspell Omega, Svartidaudi and Carpe Noctem, yet unique in their own way. To be released on CD in January 2016 via Hellthrasher Productions. Vinyl version will be available from Fallen Empire Records (USA) and Duplicate Records (NO).”
