Acrania Streaming New Song “A Gluttonous Abomination”

With the release of “Totalitarian Dystopia,” the new full-length from the London death slingers in Acrania now less than two weeks away, American Aftermath is pleased to wreck your speakers with the track “A Gluttonous Abomination.” Give it a listen in the player below. The album is due out August 19th, 2014.

Recorded with Stu McKay at Studio 6 in London with mixing/mastering by Chris Foster, “Totalitarian Dystopia” hurls forth a thirty-six minute maelstrom of audio wreckage through ten corrosive tales dissecting chaos, corruption, and the imminent collapse of mankind.

The record includes guest appearances from Tom Barber of Lorna Shore, Mendel of Aborted, and Jamie Hanks of I Declare War, and promises to engulf an entire new legion of modern death fanatics worldwide with its surgical execution and relentless brutality.

Lorna Shore Posts New Music Video “Cre(h)ate”

Rising metal four-piece Lorna Shore today releases a new video for “Cre(h)ate.” The track is featured on the band’s sophomore EP, “Maleficium,” which was self-released by the band in December and subsequently re-released on Density Records in March.

A young woman delves into black magic only to meet a violent end in the “Cre(h)ate” video, which was shot by director Jeremy Tremp and can be seen below.

“The ‘Cre(h)ate’ video builds on our message that began with the ‘Godmaker’ video,” says bassist Gary Herrera. “The song is about people who follow things blindly and in this video the woman continues to test her luck with demonic spirits. She eventually creates one she can’t contain using the Lorna Shore sigil. This represents our message to everyone who is listening and watching – we will not follow anything blindly and will continue to do things our way.”
