Soilwork Completes Work On New Album, Posts Trailer Online

Swedish visionary metallers Soilwork have finished the recordings for their long awaited upcoming 11th studio album. The as of yet untitled album is the band’s first in more than three years and also marks the first to feature Bastian Thusgaard on drums, who replaced Dirk Verbeuren in 2016.

Today the band released the first studio webisode in which they talk about the recording and production process of the album. You can check it out below.

The record is scheduled for a tentative early 2019 release.

Hexenizer Releases New Album “Witches Mentors Cult”

Inferno Records is proud to announce the long awaited debut album by extreme virtuoso-metal monster Hexenizer.

The “Witches Mentors Cult” album drops today – April 30th – and includes 13 tracks of shredding speed metal with loads of classic influences.

AFM Records Signs Thunderstone, New Album Title, Release Date Revealed

Finnish melodic power metal act Thunderstone – reunited with original vocalist Pasi Rantanen back in 2013 – has signed a worldwide deal (excl. Finland and Japan) with AFM Records!

The band’s long awaited new release will be entitled “Apocalypse Again” and will drop on April 1st!

New LP Cover Art And Track Listing Revealed By Weeping Silence

Maltese gothic-doom metal outfit Weeping Silence revealed the cover art for the long awaited fourth studio effort “Opus IV Oblivion,” it’s first since joining the Massacre Records roster earlier this year. The album is set to drop on October 23rd.

The artwork (shown below) was designed by Darkgrove (Delain, Stratovarius, Sirenia, Manowar), and is inspired by the tomb art at the co-cathedral of Malta. The cover is laden with meaning and intricately woven with the album’s lyrical themes.
