Inmoria Adds More UK Tour Dates To "A Farewell To Nothing" Tour

In support of their forthcoming second album, Swedish power metallers Inmoria announce 9-date UK tour in October. Main support comes from UK power metal band Intense.

Venia Posts "Crux" Music Video

Venia has premiered a new music video online via MetalSucks.net. The video, for the song “Crux” from the “I’ve Lost All Faith In Myself” EP, was shot live in Greenville, SC and Tampa, FL with additional 8mm footage compiled from the band’s adventures on the road. Venia will be embarking on two tour runs this Fall, including an East Coast/Midwest stint to join Advent and a string of dates in Canada alongside No Bragging Rights and The Greenery. Details are as follows:

Saxon Announces New U.S. And European Tour Dates

Saxons has checked in with the following statement about the band’s upcoming tour dates:

“We have finally got the tour dates for remainder of 2011 scheduled. First we will be putting our attention on America where we’ve added three more gigs. We are also very pleased to let you all know that our good old mates from Anvil will be our special guests on the continental European dates. Completing the tour package is Crimes Of Passion, who will be opening the shows. For the grand finale we will rock the UK once again where we’ve got Hammerfall as our special guest.”

Manowar Announces More Tour Dates In Ireland And The U.K.

After 16 long years, Manowar returned to England in March 2011 with a sold-out concert in Birmingham. That obviously wasn’t enough for the Manowarriors in the U.K. and the band is now announcing a tour that hits England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, and Wales!

The band will perform the debut album “Battle Hymns” in its entirety, along with the other tracks. During an exclusive pre-sale period, which starts on Friday, July 22 2011, tickets will only be available through Metal Hammer UK. Stay tuned for more details.

Opeth Announces U.K. Live Shows

Swedish progressive metal outfit Opeth has announced that the band will be performing four shows in the United Kingdom this November in support of the forthcoming new studio album, “Heritage,” which will be released on September 20th through Roadrunner Records.

The Ocean Announces U.K. Tour Dates With Textures

The Ocean will be hitting the road with Textures for a run of U.K. shows in November. Robin Staps from The Ocean commented on the shows: “We’re looking forward to returning to UK shores with our old buddies from Textures for a number of headlining shows with full production and set time. This will be a good way to end our massive 4-months world tour in support of our Heliocentric and Anthropocentric double-album, which has lead us to North America and Europe this spring, and will continue through China and Russia this fall.”
