American hardcore legends Sick Of It All has been confirmed as the latest band for next year’s edition of the Wacken Open Air festival, which will take place in Wacken, Germany from August 2nd – 4th. The band will be releasing a new record entitled, “Nonstop” on November 1st, which will consist of twenty re-recorded songs.

Titans Eve Posts New North American Tour Video Blog

More Bands Announced For Metal Suckfest 2011

MetalSucks has announced the latest batch of bands to appear at The Metal Suckfest, a concert event this fall spanning two days and featuring 20 bands. As previously announced, Municipal Waste will headline the first night, Friday, November 4th, while Cynic will headline the second night, Saturday, November 5th, at NYC’s Gramercy Theater.

Unreal Offers New EP "Progeny Of The Macabre" For Free Download

Brazilian death metal band Unreal is offering its latest EP “Progeny Of The Macabre” for free download at this location. The announcement came through Metal Media, which stated:

“Building upon the success achieved with the release of its debut album ‘Scream For Ever’ for download, the band UNREAL also released the latest EP ‘Progeny Of The Macabre’ for free download.

Guitarist Roberto Junior, celebrates the good acceptance of the album and justifies the download of the EP, ‘The people who liked our first album, will surely enjoy the EP. We feel it is a natural evolution one from another and the EP shows well how the next Unreal work will sound’.

“The EP has four tracks and the art was again made by singer and graphic artist Erik Thurm. The production is back in the ability of Alan Lima (Mythological Cold Towers).”
