Thulcandra Comments On New Album "Under A Frozen Sun"

Thulcandra mastermind Steffen Kummerer has issued the following statement about the band’s upcoming album “Under a Frozen Sun,” which is set to be released on September 30th:

“Kristian ‘Necrolord’ Wåhlin created nothing less than an outstanding piece of dark art for the cover of our latest effort. His old-school approach to painting in oils represents our attitude just perfectly. Once again we entered the halls of V.Santura’s Woodshed Studios, Germany to produce this black diamond comprising 9 black death hymns.

“We are honored to welcome Shining’s Peter Huss’ guitar lead on one of the tracks, as well as V.Santura (Triptykon, Dark Fortress) and Morean (Dark Fortress), who contributed outstanding lyrical and musical input.”
