Just one year after the release of their latest album, 2017’s You Owe, You Pay, long-running Switzerland-based slamming brutal death metal crew Carnal Decay is primed to unleash more gory rampaging music in 2018. The group is set to drop their forthcoming EP, When Push Comes To Shove this Friday, July 20th through Rising Nemesis Records (Concurrent international release also coming through 6 other labels).

Necrodancer Premiere Pre-Release Full-Album Stream Of Upcoming New Album “Void”

“Void”, the debut album from franco-belgian act Necrodancer, can be streamed in full and downloaded for free below. Formed last year by members and ex-members of Verdun, Daggers and Death Mercedes, the band plays an amalgamation of noise rock, punk, sludge and black metal. This ten-tracks debut release was recorded and mixed last summer in Laval by Amaury Sauvé at The Apiary (Birds In Row, Plebeian Grandstand, Death Engine) then mastered at Audiosiege by Brad Boatright (Okkultokrati, Nails, Full Of Hell).”Void” is due out February 10th via Throatruiner Records and Lost Pilgrims Records (with US distribution by Deathwish Inc) on vinyl and CD, pre-orders are already available from the labels.

Amerakin Overdose Frontman Accuses Metal Labels Of “Spending Money On Shit Bands That Don’t Matter”

Amerakin Overdose frontman Cody Perez recently went on a Facebook rant against various major metal labels, including Roadrunner Records, Metal Blade, Rise Records, Century Media and Napalm Records. As part of his tirade he accuses the labels of “spending shit money on bands that don’t mater.”

Prosthetic Records Announces Holiday Party With Junius And So Hideous

Prosthetic Records is pleased to announce the label will be hosting a Holiday Party this year at Brooklyn’s infamous Saint Vitus Bar on Thursday, December 4th featuring a headlining performance from Boston acclaimed post-rock quartet Junius and blackened post-hardcore outfit So Hideous.

Prior to the show’s start, ticket holders will have access to an exclusive listening party from 8:00 – 9:00pm featuring some of the labels most-lauded singles as well as some newer, previously unheard material, in addition to being the first to taste the label’s exclusive collaborative brew with Sixpoint Brewery – Prosthetic Imperial Black Ale.

Vanhelga Recruits New Member 1853, To Release New Album "Höst"

Swedish black metal act Vanhelga has announced the recruitment of new member “1853” from the band LifeLover. In addition to the newly recruited lyricist, Vanhelga will also release a new full-length album titled “Höst” via the labels Art of Propaganda and Obscure Abhorrence.

Sweden’s Age of Woe has checked in with the following update about the release of a 7″ EP:

“Good news people. The 7” EP is finally here and an official release date has been set for September 29th. We are very excided about finally being able to spread our music.
