Australia’s Jupiter Zeus issued a video clip for “Eyes On The Prize,” the title track of the new EP issued earlier this month.

Tucked away in Perth, Western Australia, Jupiter Zeus are the very definition of a band who seem to have come from nowhere… but its arrival – laden with walls of guitar, hypnotic rhythms and almost psychedelic vocals – is far from quiet.

From the stage or simply blasting in your car; the sound of Jupiter Zeus is as monolithic and grand as its namesakes. Check out “Eyes On The Prize” here:

New Music Video “A Dying Son” Released By Starblind

Starblind issued another music video for the latest release “Dying Son.” Check out “A Dying Son” in the player below. The album was issued earlier this month via Pure Steel Records.

The sophomore album was recorded live in the studio and was produced by Rocka Rollas/Blazon Stone mastermind Cedrick Forsberg. The band’s philosophy is “no guitar dubbing, no triggers and no metronome when recording,” so the album has a very authentic and organic feel. What you get on the album, is what you get live!

Armageddon Hitting The Road For U.S. Tour Dates

Armageddon – featuring former Arch Enemy guitarist Christopher Amott – will embark upon a two-week U.S. run of live dates.

The trek will run from September 24 through October 5 with direct support from Ascension featuring Caleb Bingham (ex- Five Finger Death Punch, Zonaria).

Armageddon will be touting tunes from the “Captivity & Devourment” full-length, issued earlier this year via Listenable Records and available for streaming here. Dates are as follows:

New Music Video ‘Poisoned Altars’ Available From Lord Dying

Portland’s Lord Dying released a music video for the new track “Poisoned Altars.” The song is the title track of the band’s latest album, which was issued earlier this week via Relapse Records.

Trailer For New EP Available From Aeon Zen

U.K. progressive metal act Aeon Zen posted a trailer clip for the band’s upcoming EP release. The title and release date have not yet been revealed, however the EP is expected to drop by year end. The release is the follow up to the “Enigma” LP, which was issued earlier this year via Nightmare Records (see review here).

New Track "Pandemic Genocide" Streaming From Deadlands

Sacramento’s Deadlands is streaming the new track “Pandemic Genocide.” The song appears on the band’s debut LP “Evilution,” which was issued earlier this year through Molten Metal Records, but which will now see worldwide distribution through Massacre Records on February 22, 2013.

Founded in 2010, Deadlands features vocalist Brian O’Connor, who sang for Vicious Rumors on the 1998 “Cyberchrist” LP.
