Immolation Teases Sepultura Cover With Max Cavalera on Guest Vocals

Immolation have teamed up with former Sepultura frontman Max Cavalera (now Soulfly, etc.) for a cover of Sepultura‘s “Morbid Visions” which you can now stream a trailer for below. The song is included on the impending new ”Death…Is Just The Beginning MMXVIII“ release which is due out on October 19th via Nuclear Blast.

“We had a great time recording Sepultura‘s ‘Morbid Visions‘ as it was one of the classic songs we used to cover on stage back in the day when our band first started! So to record this track, and even more amazing to have Max as part of it, was something really special for us!! We are glad to share this with all the fans of extreme music and to be included on this installment with such great bands!”

Fifth Trailer Clip For “Under The Red Cloud” Available From Amorphis

Finnish melodic death/doom act Amorphis has released the fifth installment in the making of “Under the Red Cloud” trailer series. The album is set to drop on September 4th via Nuclear Blast.

In this installment, the band takes you to Stockholm, Sweden – where they brought the recordings for classic releases like “Tales From the Thousand Lakes” and “Elegy.”

The Black Dahlia Murder Releasing “Fool ‘Em All” DVD

The Black Dahlia Murder is set to release a brand new DVD next month: “Fool ‘Em All” is the band’s second DVD and follows the previous “Majesty” release.

Once again, director Robbie Tassaro captured the band on tour for another installment of absurdity and hilarity. This time around, put on your 3D glasses (included in the package) to experience the band in stereoscopic 3D in select scenes throughout the DVD.

“Fool ‘Em All” is scheduled for release on May 27th in North America. Fans can pre-order a copy at this location. You can also catch the band live:

Second Studio Report Posted By Crown Of Autumn, Bass Recordings

Italian melodic doom act Crown of Autumn, featuring Ex-Labyrinth/Ex-Vision Divine drummer Mattia Stancioiu and Ex-Crimson Dawn co-founder and guitarist Emanuele Rastelli, posted more footage from Stancioiu’s Elnor Studios as the band records the new LP “Byzantine Horizons.” The album is set to contain 11 new tracks and is expected for release this year.

Progressive instrumentalists Scale the Summit have released a second behind-the-scenes video update from the recent recording sessions for their new album, “The Migration,” which will be released in North America on June 11th.
