Exhorder Begins Recording New Album; Fall Release Expected

New Orleans-based thrash metal pioneers, Exhorder, have begun recording their first full-length album since 1992’s, “The Law.” The band are working at OCD Studios in Metairie, Louisiana with producer Duane Simoneaux. The album is expected this fall via Nuclear Blast Records.

Persona Posts “Metamorphosis” Album Trailer

Tunisian sextet Persona will release sophomore “Metamorphosis” on the 15th of September, 2017. Comprised of 12 tracks and clocking in over one hour long, “Metamorphosis” is a progressive/melodic metal concept album about battling and overcoming one’s dilemmas and fears. Footage Available Of Matt Barlow’s Final Iced Earth Show At Wacken

An hour long video clip has been posted online of Matt Barlow’s final performance with Iced Earth at the Wacken Open Air festival. You can check out the clip below. Into Eternity’s Stu Block will be replacing Barlow as the band’s vocalist.

Iced Earth has also announced the band’s new album “Dystopia” is set for release on October 17th, 2011 (Europe) and October 18th, 2011 (North America). The cover artwork is available here.
