Hierophant Recording New Album

Italian hardcore band Hierophant has revealed the details behind the recording process for a forthcoming album. The band is scheduled to enter The Pit Recording Studio with Taylor Young on May 12th, and will be tracking the new album during the week that follows.

Regarding the new recordings, Hierophant comments: “After an intense and stressful period, all tracks are finally ready to be recorded. We’re very proud of what we’ve done and all the choices taken about this record. We decided to go to Los Angeles at The Pit Recording Studio and produce the album with Taylor Young! We believe he is the right person with the best approach to work on this record in the best way. Get ready for a wave of pure, uncompromising hatred and 100% intolerance. Stay tuned bastards.”

Taylor Young adds, “I was lucky enough to mix Hierophant’s previous album, ‘Peste,’ and I couldn’t be more excited to be able to take it to the next level and help them create a monstrous album. This will be one of the heaviest and most aggressive productions I have created thus far.”

Hierophant also recently announced a West Coast tour following the band’s recording schedule, beginning on May 21st in San Diego, and routing into Mexico starting on June 1st, making stops in Tijuana, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and more. A full list of confirmed tour dates can be found below.
