Aether Realm Signs With Napalm Records

Formed back in 2010 in Greenville, North Carolina, Aether Realm have been delivering their very own mixture of melodic death metal and folkish hymns. This raging quartet managed to thrill the heavy metal world with its unique songwriting and performance – especially their latest studio album “Tarot” is talked about as a classic release already.

Now Aether Realm rage on with their by signing with Napalm Records!

Valleys Announces “After The Slaughter” Tour Dates

North Carolina metalcore group Valleys has announced the After The Slaughter tour in support of the band’s upcoming debut full length, “Experiment One: Asylum,” which is due out early next year.

The week long tour will start on August 13th in Maryland for the Summer Slaughter showcase and will proceed covering parts of the east coast ending in North Carolina on August 19th. Check the dates below for a city near you.

The Terrigen Mist Signs To Swimming With Sharks For Release Of “Leveyan” Album

Swimming With Sharks Records is pleased to announce the addition of the Atlanta, Georgia act The Terrigen Mist to it’s roster of bands. The band recently completed work on a debut full-length album, “Leveyan,” recorded in Athens, GA at Rising Tides Studio with Anthony Lunn.

Vocalist Ian Nix comments, “We are very happy to be working with Swimming With Sharks Records and we are quite proud to be releasing our first full length, ‘Laveyan’, through them. This label is definitely keeping the indie spirit alive and we look forward to all the positive things that are to come from our new partnership.”

The band formed in 2008 in Greenville, SC and has previously released two EPs: “A Requiem Infernal” and “Metaphysics.”

Burnt Books Releases New Music Video For “In A Shallow Grave”

Amidst bursts of regional touring throughout the East Coast and Southeastern states in support of the band’s self-titled debut album, experimental punk act Burnt Books has released its first official video.

The visual depiction was directed by Matt Warthen for Warthen Media, filmed for the track “In A Shallow Grave.” The video doesn’t follow a complex storyline or involve complicated effects, but rather simply portrays the band in a very realistic live/practice setting. Check out the video below.
