Debut Album “Rhapsodies In Black” Announced By Exit Eden

Four musicians from four different countries with four entirely different biographies, yet all stemming from the world of Rock, have united in one band: Exit Eden!

The four piece ensemble unites all attributes ascribed to the new millennium: cosmopolitan, self-confident-independent and ready to do it’s very own thing! Despite the diversity, the four singers: Amanda Somerville (Avantastia/Trillium/Epica), Clémentine Delauney (Visions of Atlantis/ex-Serenity), Marina La Torraca and Anna Brunner blend together personally as superbly as they do vocally with their very diverse vocal tones and techniques that go from opera style to raspy rock! This constellation created extraordinary and powerful ideas and finally became a unique plan to raise Exit Eden’s very own edge: to show the world that almost every classic song can be transformed into a solid metal-rock song.

The band’s debut “Rhapsodies in Black,” which will be released on August 4th via Napalm Records (worldwide excluding Germany/Switzerland/Austria via Starwatch), is home to a colorful mix of international super hits from Rihanna to Madonna, from Depeche Mode to Adele, and many more! Still and all, it’s miles away from being just a cover album. A first video will present a grand entrance very soon!

The track listing for the album is:

1. Question Of Time
2. Unfaithful
3. Incomplete
4. Impossible
5. Frozen
6. Heaven
7. Firework
8. Skyfall
9. Total Eclipse
10. Paparazzi
11. Fade To Grey

Graveyard To Release New Single "Goliath"

Graveyard has announced details about an upcoming new single release, titled “Goliath.” The track comes off Graveyard’s next album, “Light’s Out,” due October 26th (EU) and November 6th, 2012 (NA) via Nuclear Blast Records.

The “Goliath” single will be released September 21st, 2012 as a digital download and on 7“ vinyl. The release will include a special non-album track, “Leaving You.” The 7“ vinyl version will be issued in four different colors, featuring four different cover artworks!

Commented the band: “The lyrics deal with the feeling that everyday life is a constant David vs. Goliath scene. You all know the story and the scene. You look around, get pissed off and want to ‘stick it to the man.’ Musically it has many influences. And as usual we’ve tried to get it both heavy and swinging at the same time. So why don’t you just shake your record collecting old ass to the beat of the new tune from your favourite Swedish numbskulls?“

The band also commented on the new album’s upcoming, currently unreleased, artwork: “The cover is something completely different than the last cover. It has a lot to do with the title, Light’s Out. Our goal was that both the title and the cover would sum up the feeling of the album. And just to make things clear, Light’s Out is not a reference to either UFO or ENTOMBED. Even though both are excellent bands.“
