Gojira Announces Tour Dates With Torche And Code Orange

Gojira just announced details of a U.S. headline tour with special guests Torche and Code Orange, which is set to get underway October 2nd at the House of Blues in Cleveland, OH.

Artist presale tickets for the new headline dates will be available today at 2:00 PM local time, followed by a Spotify presale on Wednesday, August 9th at 10:00 AM eastern time and finally a venue / promoter presale which begins Thursday, August 10th at 10:00 AM local time. General tickets for all dates will go on Friday August 11th at 10:00 AM local time.

Gojira is currently out on the road wrapping up a run of North American dates on Metallica’s WorldWired Tour, which will continue through August 16th. The west coast trek also includes a string of Gojira headline dates with Pallbearer that run through August 12th.

This fall, Gojira will make an array of U.S. festival appearances with performances set for Louder Than Life (9/30), Rock Allegiance (10/7), Houston Open Air (10/14), Aftershock (10/21) and more. The upcoming fall dates will also include a very special one night only performance with Converge at Brooklyn, NY’s recently opened Brooklyn Steel on September 28th.

Gojira Nominated For Two Grammy Awards

Roadrunner Records’ group Gojira just garnered its first-ever Grammy nominations, earning nods for Best Metal Performance for the song “Silvera” and Best Rock Album for acclaimed new LP “Magma” at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards.

The band commented on the momentous occasion: “We are honored and excited to receive our first Grammy nominations for ‘Best Metal Performance’ and ‘Best Rock Album’ of 2016. We want to thank the Gojira fans around the world who have continued to help us achieve many firsts with ‘Magma.’ We couldn’t be more proud and grateful.”

Earlier this year Gojira’s “Magma” took the #1 spot on Billboard’s Hard Rock Albums chart marking the first time a French band held the #1 spot on the chart in its nine year existence.

This coming spring, Gojira is set to embark on a string of U.S. dates which are set to kick off May 4th at Nashville, Tennessee’s War Memorial Auditorium and will also see Gojira performing festival sets at Monster Energy’s Carolina Rebellion (May 5th) and Rock On The Range (May 19th-21st).

Gemini Syndrome Announces Tour Dates With Sevendust

Los Angeles based rock outfit Gemini Syndrome has announced a new batch of U.S. tour dates alongside Sevendust and Red Sun Rising. The West Coast run starts on October 12th in Dallas, TX and concludes in Spokane, WA on October 30th.

Gemini Syndrome is currently out on the “Remember We Die” headlining tour supporting new album “Memento Mori,” which was released on August 19th on Another Century. Speaking about the upcoming dates with Sevendust, the band states:

“We are more than excited to be touring with our brothers in Sevendust again this fall. A great band, a great lineup, and great people. Come out and make this community bigger and better than it ever has been. The time is now.”

Code Orange Signs With Roadrunner Records

Roadrunner Records is excited to announce the signing of Pittsburgh, PA’s Code Orange, comprised of Jami Morgan (Drums / Vocals), Eric Balderose (Guitar / Vocals), Reba Meyers (Guitar / Vocals) and Joe Goldman (Bass).

This spring, Code Orange will join Deftones on a U.S. trek set to get underway May 10th in Memphis, TN and continue through the end of the month. Code Orange is also set to perform at number of festivals later this year including a set at This Is Hardcore Fest 2016 (tour itinerary below).
