U.S. Tour Embarked By This Will Destroy You

Texan instrumental rock collective This Will Destroy You will kick off a West Coast mini tour this week with Glassing. The near week-long journey will run from September 19th in San Diego, California through September 25th in Phoenix, Arizona.

In November, This Will Destroy You will take to the streets again for an East Coast jaunt beginning November 12th in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and running through November 18th in Teaneck, New Jersey. The trek features support from Sannhet and includes a performance at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn, New York as part of Knit Ball 2017, a week-long series of shows celebrating the historic venue’s 30th anniversary. Spirit Adrift Announces “Curse Of Conception” Album Release

Arizona’s psychedelic desert doom troupe Spirit Adrift – featuring members of Gatecreeper, Goya, and others – today offers a crushing new sample of the band’s impending second LP, “Curse Of Conception,” which is set for October 6th release through 20 Buck Spin.

Check out the title track below. “Curse Of Conception” was engineered and mixed by Sanford Parker (Yob, Pelican, Eyehategod) and features artwork by Joe Petagno (Motörhead, Magic Circle, Autopsy).

Spirit Adrift has booked two release shows for the LP, one in Tempe on October 7th alongside Atriarch, Take Over And Destroy, and Divine Hammer, and the second in Denver on October 14th with Khemmis and Abrams. Stand by for live updates including widespread touring in support of the record.

New Song “The Judge On War” Streaming From Crator

NYC technical death metal outfit Crator announced the official release of debut album “The Ones Who Create: The Ones Who Destroy,” which is available for purchase now via bandcamp at this location). Check out the new song “The Judge On War,” which is available for streaming in the player below.

Featuring members of Origin, Krallice, Mucopus and Tentacles, Crator plays a belligerent anti-form of technical death metal. Those seeking a truly fresh, mind-bending, and utterly destructive brand of Tech-Death are strongly encourage to give this band a listen. Ready yourself for the sounds subterranean howls, clashing machinery, putrefied harmonies; in other words, the sounds of an accursed death force sharpening its blades for 2016!

“The Ones Who Create: The Ones Who Destroy” was recorded at The The Thousand Caves in Queens, NY. Colin Marston also handled all engineering and mastering duties, as well as contributing sesson bas to the effort. The album was produced by Crator guitarist Jeff Leifer.
