Antropomorphia Posts "Anointment By Sin" Track Online

Dutch death metal kings AntropomorphiA have released the second song of their comeback album “Evangelivm Nekromantia.” Navigate to Rock Hard Germany here to inhale the raw power of “Anointment By Sin.” Comments AntropomorphiA singer/guitarist Ferry Damen on the song:

“When we were recording vocals we invited our good friend Eclipse (Verbum Verus, ex-Sauron) to add some demented screams of suffering to the track ‘Impure Desecration’. After this track was draped with eternal sickness I started to work on ‘Anointment by Sin’, a track that is part of the second chapter and basically handles about one of the female figures who gets murdered by her religiously obsessed husband who thinks of her and her new born flesh as unpure after she shared some perversive sexual acts with a woman, she believes is the true love of her life. Eclipse really liked this murder tale and added some vocals on this track as well…with crushing result”

AntropomorphiA’s “Evangelivm Nekromantia” will be released October 19th/22nd via Metal Blade Records in Europe on CD and LP and on October 23rd in North America. The track listing is:

1. Intro
2. Nekrophilian Mass
3. The Mourned and the Macabre
4. Debauchery in Putrefaction
5. Anointment by Sin
6. Fleisch
7. Impure Desecration
8. Psuchagogia

Onslaught Reveals New Drummer Mic Hourihan

British thrash metal veterans Onslaught have confirmed that Desecration drummer Mic Hourihan, (also formerly of Extreme Noise Terror,) has joined the band on a permanent basis, replacing founding member Steve Grice, who left the band in March of this year, shortly after the release of the groups fifth studio album, “Sounds Of Violence.” Despite joining Onslaught, Hourihan will continue to be a member of Desecration.

Onslaught bassist Jeff Williams comments: “I have to say I am so fucking happy to have Mic playing full time in Onslaught. Not only is he a really cool guy and a real pleasure to spend time with, but also without doubt the finest drummer that I have ever had the pleasure to play along side, everyone who came along to the Scream For Violence European, UK, Ireland or South American tours and saw Mic in action will certainly testify to this, the guy is a fucking machine! The Onslaught lineup is so powerful, focused and harmonious right now and the new album is going to completely fucking destroy! Bring it on!”

Mic Hourihan comments: “Its such a pleasure to be part of Onslaught, I am so looking forward to making the next record and of course all the touring that comes with being in such a great band!”
