Lords Of The Trident Posts New Video “Death Dealer” Online

A true spectacle to be witnessed, Lords Of The Trident is a daring adventure metal quintet that has been delighting their audiences and fans all over the world for ten years. Continuing their epic quest of bringing spectacular and entertaining metal to global fans these power metal warriors released their latest album “Shadows From The Past” this past August. In continuing support of their 7th studio album, these American power metallers are premiering their fifth music video “Death Dealer”. The footage for the music video was shot during the band’s March 2018 TRIDENTour, which included stops in Lexington, KY, Charlotte and Chapel Hill, NC, and Cincinnati, OH.

Vocalist Fang VonWrathenstein adds:

“Almost every house we stayed at had very friendly cats who DEMANDED to be included in the video as well. You’ll also notice that Albus Dumblepurr, the most FAMOUS of the power metal cats, also makes an appearance. I’ll admit, we were all a little starstruck upon meeting him.”

In additional news, the band recently released their limited edition Blood Red Vinyl for “Shadows From The Past”, which is a dual vinyl, 45RPM that comes with a Gatefold Booklet with artwork/lyric insert along with a 320kbps MP3 download card. It is exclusively available on the band’s website here.

“This is our FIRST vinyl release, and we’re incredibly excited to finally have this available! Fun fact: since this is the first press, instead of red dye, we used the blood of the unworthy who were slain at our concerts! Gives it a little extra touch!” says vocalist Fang VonWrathenstein.

The Three Tremors Release New Single “Invaders Of The Sky”

The Three Tremors, the new project featuring vocalists Tim “Ripper” Owens (Spirits Of Fire/ex Judas Priest/ex Iced Earth,) Harry “The Tyrant” Conklin (of Jag Panzer and Satan’s Force fame) and Sean “The Hell Destroyer” Peck, known for his work with Cage and Dealer, has posted a new single and lyric video online for the song, “Invaders Of The Sky.” You can check it out below. The song comes from the band’s eponymous debut album, which will be released on January 18th through Steel Cartel Records.

Ripper: “There is a lot going on in this song. This is 3 singers brining it old school with power and highs! To tell you the truth this is what you are going to get on the whole CD!”

Harry: “I would have to say this is one of the more thrashy tracks on album. It has a real chaotic feel too it which I love. I think we are opening the live set with this one too, it’s going to be crazy doing this one live.”

Sean: “Trying to pick which songs to do videos for was almost impossible. All 12 songs on this record are so strong that I have a new favorite each time I listen to it. We decided to pick Invaders From The Sky for one of our videos because the whole imagery of an alien invasion we thought would look killer underneath the ferocity of the music. Hats off to the guys at GHD who did an incredible job putting it together and making it look just how we wanted it. When the album hits in a couple of months everyone will sympathize with how hard it was to single out just which songs to do videos for. Everyone has a different favorite!”

October 31 Releasing “Metal Massacre 31” Covers Album

Set for international release on November 25th via Hells Headbangers, “Metal Massacre 31” is a special all-covers album whereby October 31 perform new versions of tracks originally found on the “Metal Massacre” compilations during the 1980s.

The eight volumes of “Metal Massacre” released by Metal Blade Records were massively instrumental in chronicling (and furthering) the burgeoning heavy metal movement, particularly in the United States.

Here, the earliest songs of Slayer and Ratt, for example, stood side by side each other as a declaration of intent: that heavy metal was here, and it was here to stay. Those who grew up in the ’80s and heard these compilations have fond memories of them, as each song was almost always exclusive and almost always exciting – a new stone to unturn, a new head to bang.

For the members of October 31, these compilations are so cherished and enduring that they’ve recorded a covers album comprising songs all exclusively on these comps. The full track listing is as follows:

1. Cross My Way (Death Dealer)
2. Forbidden Evil (War Cry)
3. Torture Me (Omen)
4. The Awakening (Titanic)
5. Dead Of The Night (Demon Flight)
6. Heavy Metal Virgin (Aloha)
7. The Alien (Sacred Blade)
8. Metal Merchants (Hallow’s Eve)
9. The Warrior (Final Warning)
10. The Battle Of Armageddon (Tyrant)
