Skydancer Posts New Home Music Video For "Orphan In The Dark"

Spanish power metal band Skydancer posted a new home/rehearsal music video for the new track “Orphan in the Dark.” The song will appear on the bands forthcoming third LP “Winterkill,” which is scheduled to be released in January 2012. The album follows the band’s 2009 effort “Endorsed By Self-Destruction” and the live album “Underground Alive” released this year.

Azaghal Enters The Studio To Record New Full-Length Album

Finnish metal act Azaghal has checked in with the following brief update about entering the studio to record a new album:

“We have entered the dark dungeons of the Cursed studio yesterday and begun the recordings of the follow-up to ‘Teraphim.’

“So far drums for 3 songs are done. We’ll keep you posted on how the recordings advance and hopefully also upload some pics and videos.”

Tristania Announces "Out Of The Dark" Tour Dates With Van Canto And Amberian Dawn

Norwegian gothic metal act Tristania, which recently announced it will be performing at the upcoming second 70,000 Tons of Metal Cruise, has now issued the following update about the “Out of the Dark” tour:

“Tristania will be back on the road in Europe for the Out of the Dark Festival Tour 2011. The 14 gigs from September 30th until October 15th will include eight different countries in Europe, and the tour live package contain the following bands: Tristania, Van Canto, Revamp, Xandria, and Amberian Dawn. More live shows to be announced soon…..”
