Scarlet Canary Posts “Bottles And Anchors” Music Video

Scarlet Canary has released a music video for the single “Bottles and Anchors,” taken off the 2015 “Arise” EP. The video was directed by Martin Schroeder and Eric Everhart – check it out below.

Hannah Maddox comments: “‘Bottles and Anchors’ is a hard hitting rock song that’s lyric content pulls from my past to inspire our future. It’s a high energy song that is one of my favorites off of Arise and one of my favorites to perform live.”

New Music Video “Lock N Load” Released By Savage

NWOBHM heroes Savage released a new music video for the track “Lock N Load.” The song is taken from the 2015 album “7.” Check it out in the player below.

Savage released the new studio album via Minus 2 Zebra in late 2015. Included with the double-album is a live performance disc titled “Live N Lethal.” The album can be purchased at this location.

Audiotopsy Announces Tour Dates With Drowning Pool

Audiotopsy – the powerhouse foursome featuring guitarist Greg Tribbett (Mudvayne, Hell Yeah), drummer Matt McDonough (Mudvayne), vocalist Billy Keeton (Skrape) and bassist Perry Stern – released the “Natural Causes” debut in October 2015 via Napalm Records.

The band will also return to the road in North America alongside Drowning Pool and Violent New Breed. The tour starts February 11th in Ft Wayne, IN and runs through March 10th in Daytona Beach, FL. A complete list of tour dates can be found below, with more to be added soon.

Down Frontman Phil Anselmo Offers Condolences To Gwar Following The Death Of Cory Smoot

Phil Anselmo, the vocalist of New Orleans based supergroup Down and former singer of Pantera and Superjoint Ritual, has posted a video message online in which he offers his condolences to Gwar, after the recent death of their guitarist Cory Smoot, who passed away in his bunk on November 3rd. You can check out the video below. A memorial service for Smoot will take place tomorrow at the Bennett Funeral Home Chesterfield Chapel, located at 14301 Ashbrook Parkway in Chesterfield, VA. The service begins at 4pm and is open to the public.
