The Sarcophagus Posts New Song “Reign Of Chaos”

Turkey-based black metal crew The Sarcophgaus will unveil sophomore album “Beyond This World’s Illusion” on April 4th, 2017 via Satanath Records.

Following the departure of previous vocalist Niklas Kvarforth (Shining), The Sarcophagus recruited Morkbeast from Russian black metal band Todestriebe, who appears on this album. Check out opening track “Reign Of Chaos” below.

Porta Daemonium Releasing “Serpent Of Chaos” On Vinyl

Blood Harvest Records has set March 31st as the international release date for Porta Daemonium’s debut album, “Serpent of Chaos,” on vinyl LP format.

Porta Daemonium formed in Santiago, Chile in 1998 under the name Porta Salominiis. After several years, due to the designs of Hell to keep the essence of blackened, deathly metal music alive, in 2011 the band changed names to Porta Daemonium.

This is not a band that usually plays live or releases music in a physical format; in fact, to date, the group’s recordings have all been largely self-released and digital. However, that will now change with the vinyl release of debut album, “Serpent of Chaos” after being released digitally last year.

Vacivus Debuts Pre-Release Full-Album Stream Of Upcoming 2-Song EP “Nuclear Chaos”

UK old-school death metal band Vacivus debuts the pre-release full-album stream of the band’s upcoming new two-song EP “Nuclear Chaos”, which will be released in March 31 on 7” vinyl through Goatprayer Records. The release can be considered a prelude to Vacivus’ next full-length album, which this time will be released by Profound Lore Records.

Tyrants Of Chaos Releases Debut Album “The Calm Before The Storm”

Canadian heavy metal band Tyrants of Chaos has released debut album “The Calm Before the Storm,” which was recorded, mixed, and mastered by Sheldon Arvay at Hothouse Studios. Check out album track “Habitat For Insanity” below.

Tyrants of Chaos was formed in 2014 by Paul Denton, Curt Vaselenak, and Sandy Lawson. In their various previous recording and performing acts, the band members have shared the stage with KISS, Rush, Triumph, Finger Eleven and Monster Truck.

Video For New Song “Eye Of Chaos” Issued By Once Human

California’s Once Human – featuring ex-Machine Head/Soulfly guitarist Logan Mader” – released a video clip for the new song “Eye of Chaos.” The song will be featured on the new album “Evolution,” which drops on January 20th via earMusic.

Mader commented: “‘Eye of Chaos’ is one of the first songs we completed in production of our forthcoming album, ‘Evolution.’ This song is a good introduction to our new sound and overall creative direction. We’ve taken a turn for the better and found our true identity. It’s not all fun and games anymore. We are all in this for the long haul.

“For this first video, we wanted straight-to-the-point live performance. We worked with director, Ron Thunderwood (9electric). He is unbelievably talented! He has the eye, and really great at capturing the raw emotion.”

Decomposed Announces “Wither” Album Release

Decomposed is set to drop the “Wither” album via Chaos Records on October 3rd, 2016. After the Swedish death metal might of 2012’s self-titled debut album and 2014’s “Devouring,” Decomposed has returned to up the ante with this third album and Chaos Records debut.

The new album is uncompromising, riff-driven death metal that proudly follows in the giant footsteps of Swedish DM greats like Dismember and Entombed.

“Wither” was recorded in mid-2015 by composer/founder Jesper Ekstål along with drummer Emil Leijon in Studio Blastbeat in Sundsvall, the same studio in which the previous albums were recorded.
