Alice In Chains Gearing Up For Summer U.S. Tour Dates

Alice In Chains just issued this message about upcoming Summer U.S. tour dates due to kick off in mid-July:

“We’re excited to announce that we’ll be heading out this summer for a four-week tour across the U.S. We felt an urge to hit the road and have some fun playing for all of you since the majority of our year will be dedicated to writing and recording. All of the dates are below. Pre-sales begin tomorrow, 3/10.

“The pre-sale for this tour will be a little different from past tours. Thanks to the great people at WMRQ in Hartford, CT, we became close with a young man named Stefan Dayne-Ankle, who sadly last week lost a courageous battle with Leukemia.

“To honor Stefan, and to give him the memorial he deserves, we’re donating $2 from every pre-sold ticket on this tour to his family. To read more about Stefan’s story, and why we’re raising money, please click here. We look forward to seeing you this summer!”
