Metallica: Video Of The Only Live Performance Of “To Live Is To Die” From 2011 Streaming

Metallica share the below live footage of “To Live Is To Die” filmed on December 07th, 2011. This performance marked the only time the group have played the track live in full and it took place as part of their then four-night 30th anniversary celebration at the The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA.

Witch Casket Premiere New Song & Music Video “Punishment”

In anticipation of the release of their sophomore EP entitled “Punishment”, Southern California Blackened Death Metal outfit Witch Casket have premiered music video for the title track from their upcoming album due out October 15th via Metal Insider. The video was filmed in Los Angeles and directed by the band’s vocalist Drogoth.

Atriarch Unveils New Album “Dead As Truth”

The Ritualistic (and apocalyptic) noisemakers from Atriarch are back with their fourth offering of mind-altering, doom-soaked, death rock entitled “Dead As Truth.”

Recorded and mixed by Greg Wilkinson at Earhammer Studios and featuring artwork by Stevie Floyd, “Dead As Truth” sees Atriarch venture deeper into the blackened abyss with haunting incantations abd exotic drones.

Metallica’s “Hardwired… To Self-Destruct” Certified Platinum

Metallica’s latest album “Hardwired…To Self-Destruct” has been certified Platinum for selling upwards of a million albums.

The band was recently presented with Platinum plaques by Blackened Recordings executives at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, NY.

Metallica also recently unleashed a live video for current single “Now That We’re Dead” shot during the 2017 “Hardwired” world tour, which can be viewed below.

Tombs Posts New Track “Saturnalian”

On June 16th, Brooklyn’s Tombs will release fourth full-length album, “The Grand Annihilation,” via Metal Blade Records. Check out new single “Saturnalian” below.

Produced once again by Erik Rutan, “The Grand Annihilation” remains rooted in the blackened, post-metallic sound that the band has become known for since 2007’s self-titled EP, while also being the group’s most experimental record to-date.

To kick off the album’s release, Tombs will embark on a USA tour on June 16th with Fit For An Autopsy and Moon Tooth. Dates are as follows:
