Old Wounds Posts “Bloodpact” Video

New Jersey hardcore dynamo Old Wounds has premiered a new video, “Bloodpact,” which can be seen below thanks to Metal Injection.

The video, created by Old Wounds drummer and visual artist Brandon Gallagher, consists of new live footage of the band doing its thing. The song “Bloodpact” appears on the Wounds’ latest EP, “Death Projection,” out now on Good Fight Music.

Old Wounds will embark on a tour of the U.S. and Canada this spring, including dates with Deathwish Inc’s finest, Cult Leader, as well as festival appearances alongside Sick Of It All, Biohazard, Life Of Agony, and more.

Tarantulo Releases Self-Titled Debut Album

Russian hardcore groove band Tarantulo has just released its debut self-titled album on Metal Scrap Records. The band is heavily influenced by Pantera, Biohazard and bands that have a heavier edge. Tarantulo started out in 2008 in the Siberian city of Omsk, finally recording this album at Naked Sound Studio at the end of 2011. Below is the tracklisting for the ten-song album.

Terror To Record New Album In May

L.A. hardcore act Terror has issued the following brief announcement online via Facebook about gearing up to record a new album next year:

“Looks like we’re hittin the studio in May to record a new album!”

The band also commented earlier in the week:

“Tonight was our last show of 2011! Thanks to Joe for the great show in Philly and big thanks to everyone who made this such a great year for Terror. We’re not slowing down though. We’re going home for the holidays to start writing for our next record and to prepare for the Persistence Tour in Europe this January with Biohazard and Suicidal Tendencies See you soon.”
