Charlyne Yi Accuses Marilyn Manson Of Sexual Harassment & Racist Remarks

Marilyn Manson has had a turbulent few months. First starting a feud with Justin Bieber, then announcing Johnny Depp would possibly join his band. Then he had to cancel nine shows on his tour because he injured himself when a prop fell on him. The seemingly infinite series of mishaps continues with the firing of his bassist, Twiggy Ramierez, after sexual assault allegations were made against his bassist. Past week, he had a meltdown on stage and left, just a few songs in.

Now actress/comedienne Charlyne Yi, was responding to news of Marilyn Manson’s onstage meltdown, telling past Saturday (Feb. 17) in a since deleted tweet:

“Ugh, don’t even get me started on Marilyn Manson. Yes this happened a long time ago — on the last season of House, he came on set to visit because he was a huge fan of the show and he harassed just about every woman asking us if we were going to scissor, rhino & called me a China man.”

Adding:

“I genuinely hope he gets help.”

In a follow-up tweet, Charlyne Yi stated:

“It’s so triggering to see people come up on the internet who have harassed you. And then when you talk about the incidents you become known as the person tied to the harasser. And that’s just your name from now on. It almost overrides who you are.”

We’re almost done writing our full length and we’ll start tracking in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled for the new material.

“P.S. Finishing the album is our main priority right now. The hunt for a new drummer and bassist is on a low profile, but if you think you have the skills required of becoming our new bassist or drummer be sure to contact our guitarist Tim.”
