All That Remains Vows To Continue Following The Death Of Guitarist Oli Herbert

Last month, All That Remains suffered a tragic and incredibly painful loss when their globally renowned, highly respected, and immeasurably talented lead guitarist and founding member Oli Herbert, unexpectedly passed away.

Herbert played on all nine albums in the band’s discography and was especially proud of the new album, Victim of the New Disease, which is out today, via Eleven Seven Music. The album is both a tour de force and a testament to Herbert’s legacy.

All That Remains — Philip Labonte [lead vocals], Mike Martin [guitar], Jason Costa [drums], and Aaron Patrick [bass, backing vocals] — plan to further honour the passion that Herbert felt for both the album and the band by continuing on.

The band will embark on the previously scheduled European tour with Sevendust this December. Guitar virtuoso and YouTube personality Jason Richardson (All Shall Perish, Chelsea Grin, Born of Osiris) has come on board and will fill in on the upcoming trek. All current tour dates are below, with more touring plans in North America being announced soon.

“Losing Oli has been a tremendous blow to the core of ATR”, says vocalist Phil Labonte, “but I know he wouldn’t want anything other than for us to continue. He loved this record so much – it’s some of our best work. We look forward to sharing the music with everyone – seeing our fans from the stage. From where Oli loved most. It’ll be cathartic. We’ll need it to be”.

2. Everything’s Wrong
3. Blood I Spill

Thomas Caser, CEO of Napalm Records: “We are proud to announce the signing of one of this most influential Extreme Metal act and pioneer of a whole genre. This upcoming album will surely set another mile stone in heavy music and we are honoured to release it this fall!”

Satyricon is already hard at work in the studio and are currently recording the highly anticipated new studio album that is set for a September 22nd release. A European tour in support of the upcoming record will kick off the same weekend.

Satyricon has not just inspired entire genres and beyond, the band has also always excelled live. The powerful and evocative performances, spearheaded by charismatic frontman and visionary, Satyr as well as drummer extraordinaire Frost, will always be a memorable special event you will never forget. Australian Thrashers HARLOTT release new album “Proliferation” this Friday!

– September 16th, 2015 –

Full album stream available! Excellent press reactions!

Forged in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia, HARLOTT are the finest example of the Thrash metal genre in recent years. Taking their influence from the 80′s Bay Area Thrash scene, and blending it with the Teutonic melody and grit, they focus on high energy, up tempo music with lyrical influence from war, religion, chaos, and the human condition. Unrivaled live concerts, an aggressive recognizable sound, clinical musicianship, and a classic ‘Aussie’ sense of humor have earned HARLOTT a strong and dedicated fan base, which continues to grow day to day.

HARLOTT‘s debut release ‘Origin‘ blew audiences away with its unrelenting speed, ferocious sound, and hook driven riffs, and did much to solidify HARLOTT as an up and coming force to be reckoned with. Their follow up release “Proliferation” only proves that the band means business, and could not only match their own fury, but even surpass it.

HARLOTT are now streaming “Proliferation” in its entirety at metalblade.com/harlott. Enjoy! Make also sure to surf to the pre-order section where you can order “Proliferation“!

The band is getting rave reviews all over!

HARLOTT do basically everything right when it comes to giving Eighties Thrash Metal a breath of fresh air!” (Rock Hard Germany, 8 out of 10)

They don’t just write riffs, but proper songs!” (Metal Hammer Germany, 5 out of 7)

Well, these wild youngsters are fun, plain and simple!” (Deaf Forever Germany, 8 out of 10)

Thrash fans should risk one or two ears here!” (Break Out Germany)

High-Class Thrash Metal that definitely needs not hide!” (stormbringer.at, 4 out of 5)

With their second album “Proliferation”, Harlott become the new hope of Thrash Metal!” (demonic-nights.at, 9 out of 10)

HARLOTT are hungry for the World, and in October 2015, they will be dominating Europe with Canada’s Annihilator, the first step in what is to be a long and grueling career in total devastation!

Harlott Signs With Metal Blade Records To Release “Proliferation”

Metal Blade Records is very excited to announce today the official signing of Australian thrash metal act Harlott. Metal Blade comments:

“Forged in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia, Harlott are the finest example of the thrash metal genre in recent years. Taking their influence from the 80’s Bay Area thrash scene, and blending it with the Teutonic melody and grit, they focus on high energy, up tempo music with lyrical influence from war, religion, chaos, and the human condition. “Harlott’s debut release ‘Origin’ blew audiences away with its unrelenting speed, ferocious sound, and hook driven riffs, and did much to solidify Harlott as an up and coming force to be reckoned with. The four piece thrash outfit followed with a national tour, a string of Australian heavy metal festival performances and a handful of support positions, including Germany’s Accept and Megadeth’s very own Dave Ellefson.

“Their follow up release ‘Proliferation’ only proves that the band means business, and could not only match their own fury, but even surpass it.”
