Swedish metal veterans Soilwork has uploaded a new music video for the song, “Witan.” You can check it out below. The song comes from the band’s new album, “Verkligheten,” which was released today through Nuclear Blast Records. Soilwork Release 2nd Studio Trailer

SOILWORK have finished the recordings for their upcoming 11th studio album. The as of yet untitled album is the band’s first in more than three years and also marks the first to feature Bastian Thusgaard on drums, who replaced Dirk Verbeuren in 2016.

Today the band released the second studio webisode in which they talk about their inspiration on the recording process of the album. Watch it below:

European Tour With Decapitated, Dagoba Announced By Kreator

Today, German thrash titans Kreator announced the upcoming second European tour for early 2018. January of next year will see the band tour cities that have not been covered on the recent runs and bring along label mates Decapitated as well as Dagoba.

The band is still touring in support of the chart-topping album “Gods Of Violence,” which was released in early 2017 and received raving reviews from all over the planet – including right here at Metal Underground.com.

King Parrot Posts European Tour Video Diary

King Parrot just revealed the first part of a video diary from the “Maximum Cavalera European Tour” with Soulfly. The video was shot by Richard Brownlee in January, February and March 2016 and is available below.

The band is currently embarked on the “Battle of the Bays” European tour with Obituary, Exodus and Prong, kicking off October 21st and running through November 26th.

Exodus singer Steve ‘Zetro’ Souza commented: “King Parrot have us all turning our heads on what to expect from heavy metal in the future. We can’t wait to see you all in the pit on such an epic, heavy tour!”

Amorphis Announces New Headlining European Tour Dates

After the release of new record “Under The Red Cloud’ (reviewed here), Finnish melancholic metal masters Amorphis will embark on a headlining European tour.

Guitarist Esa Holopainen commented: “The ‘Under The Red Cloud’ world tour started right after the record release and it’s been a great tour with Nightwish and Arch Enemy ever since. That said, I’m really stoked to hit the road for another leg of European dates starting in March. It will be the widest headlining tour in Europe for us to date and we’ll have great special guests along the way. It’s gonna be epic. So, see you on the road!”

Maximum Rock Adds Four More Bands To 2015 Lineup

Maximum Rock Festival returns this year with a new edition spread across 4 massive days of concerts and various other activities, which shall take place between October 15th – 18th in two different venues – Colectiv Club and Arenele Romane in Bucharest, Romania.

A total of 25 bands will perform at the event inlcuding Epica, Annihilator, Sirenia, Skalmold, Zonaria, Nightrage, Silent Wedding, Kistvaen, Harlott, Archer, Gothic, Hatemode and Crimena.

Today the festival organizers announce four more additions to the lineup: Tiarra, Enemy Of Reality, Dimlight, and Sorrowful Angels. Stay tuned for more confirmations soon.
