Exmordium Releasing “Into The Sepulchral Spectrum” Via Tridoid

Tridroid Records is pleased to announce that “Into the Sepulchral Spectrum” by Exmordium will be the first album to be released as part of the Tridroid Lost Releases series.

In the spring of 2016, Tridroid Records changed ownership from Andrew Rehberger to Christine Kelly. Because of the changeover and Andrew’s tragic death soon after, a few releases were buried in the shuffle and remained unknown. After organizing the back catalog, Christine uncovered them. Her goal is to give them the recognition that they didn’t have before and to dedicate them to Andrew’s memory.

Tridroid Lost Releases will donate all proceeds to an organization close to Andrew’s heart, the Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Exmordium’s Evan French and Evan Page came together at the end of 2011, melding furious black metal atmosphere with melodic instrumentation and classical guitar. In 2012, the duo recorded the “Disembodied Souls,” “Monolith of Dread,” and “Prophets of Doom” demos, the last of which featured Jacob Yelle. “Apocryphal Deities of Ageless Stone” was unleashed in 2013, the last of the recordings featuring Yelle.

Soon after, Exmordium recruited Carl Knutson and began preparations for “Into the Sepulchral Spectrum,” recorded at 14:59 studios in 2015. The CDs were pressed and the band were given a share of copies, but the rest remained in boxes, waiting to be heard. The album will be officially released on July 7th, 2017.

1. Alone in a Forgotten World
2. Portals Beyond the Imprisionment of Time
3. Astral Visions of the Ageless Eye
4. The Sorrow of an EInverted Existence
5. Severing the Roots of Yggdrasil

Apothesary Announces New Album “Accept Loss Forever”

Fresh from a successful tour of the western U.S., the Northern California-based death metal/core quartet Apothesary has finished recording a sophomore full-length album. Titled “Accept Loss Forever,” the album has been described by the band as an “ode to suffering” and will be issued by M-Theory Audio on July 7th, 2017.

Taking advantage of a break in the busy touring schedule of his other band Hatchet, guitarist Clayton Cagle and his Apothesary band mates – guitarist/vocalist Jared Eandi, drummer Greg O’Neill and bassist Brittany Shankle – spent much of April on the road in support of 2016 EP “Sensory Overload.”

That was all just a precursor for “Accept Loss Forever,” which Cagle describes as an emotional and cathartic album that painstakingly captures the group’s evolution, musically and personally.

“’Accept Loss Forever’ is the true definition of ‘coming of age,’ as some of its material dates back to 2012 – when our average age was just 17 – and spans over half the life of the band,” he explains. “That makes these songs special, because they’re the most accurate representation of our growth both as a band and as human beings. Every significant moment of our transition from adolescence to adulthood has a place on this record, and I don’t know where I would be right now if I didn’t have this outlet to help put life in perspective. It is my hope that the music on this record helps someone else in the same way it helped me, and the rest of Apothesary, to write. We can’t thank the M-Theory team more for believing in us enough to make this release a reality.”

Apothesary will next perform live on May 27th, headlining the seventh annual Metalfest of Middletown in Northern California. Later this summer, the group will share the stage with M-Theory label mates Helsott and Sicocis at Hollywood’s legendary Viper Room. Additional tour dates will be announced shortly.

Between The Buried And Me announces “Colors Ten Year Anniversary Tour” with special guests The Contortionist, Polyphia, Toothgrinder

– May 16th, 2017 –

To celebrate the ten year anniversary of their classic album, Colors, Between The Buried And Me will embark on a special tour this September/October, which will see the band perform the record in its entirety! Dubbed the “Colors Ten Year Anniversary Tour”, the trek also features The Contortionist, Polyphia, and Toothgrinder as support.

Between The Buried And Me comments: “‘Colors‘ was our statement of rebellion. We were challenging how others identified us in the context of heavy metal, and ultimately we were challenging how we identified ourselves. It was some kind of musical manifesto, in which we found new purpose and direction simply by throwing caution to the wind and purging every ounce of creative energy we had, regardless of how unhinged it may have seemed at the time.
Ten years have passed and we are lucky enough to be able to play this album from front to back on stage for our amazing fans. See you all soon!”

Tickets on sale to the general public Fri. May 19th at 10AM local time. Check local listings for details or visit @BTBAMOfficial on Facebook. See below for all dates!

The Death Squad awaits you!”

The recordings for World Inferno started in December 2016 in Lundqvist’s Bloodshed Studio. Dan Swano once again handled the mixing and mastering for the album. Dan Swano comments: “I don’t know if I had said this before, but I say it again. Every time I start thinking about putting together some new SweDeath project, Entrails show up at my doorstep with a new album to mix, and every time I think ‘Fuck!! – What’s the point in making my own project when this is so fucking good, and exactly what I wanted to do…’ And if I felt there were some details to improve upon from our previous work together, they fix that and then some, and return with an album even stronger than the previous one. What the fuck is going on in Linneryd!? Is Jimmy cloning death metal warriors in some barn over there or what!? To sum it up. Yet another amazing slab of SweDeath coming your way from Entrails! Beyond. Blown. Away!”
