Voyager Inks Deal With Sensory Records

Western Australia’s Voyager has signed with the New Jersey-based Sensory Records for the release of the band’s upcoming fourth full-length album, “The Meaning of I.” A statement about the band’s history from Voyager’s publicist reads as follows: “Conceived in 1999 by German-born musician Danny Estrin, Voyager certainly well known throughout the prog metal circuit worldwide, having carved an incredible, diehard cult fanbase since inception. The unit’s previous three albums display their unique and even strange integration of symphonic, electronic and progressive elements crafted into a seamless, incredibly executed, multi-genre style all their own, bridging gaps between metal subgenres and even verging on 80’s pop.” The official street date for “The Meaning of I” is set for October 11th, 2011.
